Just a little update....street trees installed
Not much happening this week. The contractors are still mudding, taping, and sanding the inside of our new home. They did pour the steps and walkway to our front entry door. In addition, they installed our street trees. When we were signing the official documents, they kept saying "your house includes street trees". My husband with his sense of humor kept picturing in his mind some trees that grew up on the streets in NYC so kept chuckling every time the reps called them street trees. He keeps laughing anytime he thinks of those street trees now being transferred to suburban life. Well....what would life be without a sense of humor!

Looks great! I've been so focused on the interior I haven't even given a thought to our "street trees" or what they'll look like!

ReplyDeleteUnfortunately I don't remember the actual name. It was the only green available on the basic color swatch the sales rep showed us. It was one of those things I didn't even know we could upgrade if we wanted. Good luck with your build! You will love the florence!
